The person I spoke to was so polite and professional on the phone. They were able to come out the next day to provide a quote and Nick dropped me a line shortly before he arrived at my house to make sure the time was still okay. From the phone conversation to site visit to receiving the quote took all of two days, which is the fastest I think I've ever experienced. I've just had a full re-roof with chimneys rebuilt plus extra propping work that was needed to shore up the existing structure. The quality of workmanship is excellent, and even the man from building control (who had to inspect the structural work and sign it off) said they'd done a really good job and it was a pleasure to inspect! I found their prices were better than competitors too, so saved money by using them. And the work was completed quickly and not long after accepting the quote. The only difficulty was with me not knowing quite what some of the finished details would look like (which weren't discussed in advance) but when I raised it, they helped talk me through my options and gave me different choices. So even with a slight misunderstanding, they solved it very professionally and in line with my wishes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! I’ve used NB Roofing & Windows for three jobs over the past three years. The jobs were for chimney flue liner installation, chimney repointing and ridge tile replacement. All jobs were quoted for at a reasonable rate (beating several local competitors) and completed to a good standard. Really happy with the jobs and the prices and I always recommend them in person.

We used NB Roofing in September 2021 for roof repairs and a new skylight and they were excellent. From the initial visit to us from Nick to offer advice and quotation, to Chelsea in the Office who kept us updated on everything, to the professional Team that came and carried out the works, I cannot fault this Company at all. We employed NB Roofing in February to repair a hole in our tiled roof that was letting in water.
They replaced some tiles that were broken and letting in water, replaced the felt where it was letting in the water, installed an eves tray, removed and rebedded the ridge tiles which needed doing and were contributing to the problem, and installed a new piece of lead flashing where it was needed. Nick came out and gave us a quote which was a competitive, fair price. Communication through Chelsea in the office was very good including when I had extra questions. The lads came out and did a really good job and were happy to take the time to explain and show me where the problems had been. They were always polite and courteous and very professional. I can definitely recommend NB Roofing and will happily use them again in the future.
